Cornerstones for Kids
Building a brighter future through
education, the arts and baseball
The foundation of every child’s future is a strong mind and a strong body. Through education, the arts and baseball, Cornerstones for Kids provides the tools for Florida’s youth to develop both their minds and bodies in a positive way.

Educational Programs
The Florida Marlins work closely with local educators to enhance learning opportunities for children through Marlins @ School, StrikeZone Summer Reading Series, Breaking Barriers and High School Media Day.
Arts Programs
The Marlins recognize that an important part of developing a strong mind is stimulating creativity and imagination. Therefore, the Marlins are pursuing partnerships with arts programs and museums that strive to enhance the lives and learning of children and adults alike. The Marlins Masterpieces Art Series was developed to engage young artists.
Baseball Programs
The Florida Marlins offer opportunities for children of all ages to enjoy baseball through the Marlins Youth Baseball Clinic Series, RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities), MLB Pitch, Hit and Run and the Florida Marlins Youth Baseball Tournament.
