Hanley Ramirez and his double play partner Dan Uggla teamed together to promote the Annual Baseball Tomorrow Fund Equipment Drive. Equipment collected during the drive was given to disadvantaged ball players through Cornerstones for Kids Youth Baseball programs.
Ramirez sponsors the Kid pitch division of the Mini-Marlins League.
Ramirez also serves as a spokesperson for the Marlins@School program.
