This innovative original series gives fans a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective of the lives of Marlins players/personnel as well as unique aspects of the team's operations. Nine half-hour episodes are planned for 2009 and will air throughout the season on FOX Sports Florida and Sun Sports. Each show will turn the spotlight on a different Marlins player or coach, focus on their lives outside of baseball with personal stories and comments shared by family, friends, teammates and coaches, or focus on an aspect of the team's operations, such as game day preparations or community relations events.
FOX Sports Florida with host Craig Minervini
The 30-minute pregame show on FOX Sports Florida hosted by Craig Minervini will "Touch all the Bases" with Marlins Manager, feature special interviews, and provide Marlins fans with all the insider information prior to every Marlins match-up on the cable television home of the Florida Marlins.
FOX Sports Florida's half-hour baseball program for kids and their families is back for an eighth season with a new title, “Billy's Bunch” and a new look. Emmy Award-winning host Stephie Vainder (a.k.a “Stephie”) hosts the monthly show. A unique baseball experience for the kid in all of us, Billy's Bunch takes viewers beyond the playing field and shares players' interests both on and off the field.

The official flagship station of the Florida Marlins will carry all 162 regular season games and 10 Spring Training contests live. 790 The Ticket will also feature a 30-minute pre and postgame show during the regular season. Plus, be sure to catch all of the weekly talk shows featured on 790 The Ticket.
Starting in 2009, all Marlins regular season games will be broadcast live in Spanish on Radio Mambí 710 AM. In addition, 10 Spring Training games and weekly ancillary programming will be featured on the new Spanish radio home of the Marlins.
Hall of Fame broadcaster, Felo Ramirez, returns for his 64th season as a play-by-play announcer alongside Luis "Yiky" Quintana to bring all the action of the Florida Marlins to South Florida fans. Felo, the "Spanish Voice of the Marlins" since the birth of the franchise has lent his voice for all of the Club's four no-hitters and two World Championship seasons. Yiky will enter his eighth full season as play-by-play announcer with more than 30 years of sports broadcasting and journalism experience.
As the official Spanish-language radio home of the Marlins, Radio Mambí 710 AM will host "Desayuno con los Marlins" [Breakfast with the Marlins] every Thursday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. broadcasting live from various locations around South Florida, as well as a weekly Saturday afternoon show "Hablando con los Marlins" [Talking with the Marlins] two hours prior to the game throughout the 2009 regular season.
The regional TV home of the Florida Marlins, is producing 75 Marlins games in high-definition (HD) this season – 66 HD games are scheduled for FOX Sports Florida and another nine for games FOX Sports Florida is distributing on sister network Sun Sports. Customers of participating Florida cable, telco and satellite systems, with FOX Sports Florida and with an agreement to deliver FOX Sports Florida's HD product, will have access to HD Marlins games this season on a separate HD channel.
Participating systems include Advanced Cable, Comcast (select areas/games), Atlantic Broadband (select games), Verizon FiOS TV, Knology, Home Town Cable, Cox Communications Gulf Coast (select games), DIRECTV (Florida) and DISH Network (Florida).
Viewers should check with their local provider on availability and HD channel number in their area.
