The Marlins 4th Annual ALS "Lou Gehrig's Disease" Awareness Day is taking place on Saturday, July 4th during the Marlins/Pirates game. In honor of Lou Gehrig's memory, Major League Baseball is celebrating the 70th anniversary of Gehrig's famous "Luckiest Man Alive" speech. The Marlins are offering a special online auction from June 1st to July 1st to benefit the ALS Recovery Fund and the Florida Marlins Community Foundation.
