Official Rules:

Registration for the 2009 ticket opportunity will begin at 4 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) Monday, December 8, 2008. The Marlins will conduct a random selection of winners from the pool of registrants. The winners will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to see the Marlins vs Yankees. Tickets will be available to winners on a first-come, first served basis only while tickets remain. Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each applicant selected. If a selected applicant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Winners may not transfer this purchase opportunity.

You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawings for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions. In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the entry form located above during the Registration Period. Limit one entry per person.

In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Marlins during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase tickets to the Marlins vs. Yankees at Land Shark Stadium will be held in June 2009. Each applicant selected will be notified via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form or via telephone. Those applicants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase tickets at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the winner does not respond to such notification by purchasing the tickets in the timeframe indicated, a disqualification will result. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate e-mail address. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. or the Marlins are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected.

Marlins Non-Played Game Postseason Ticket Return Policy:

Marlins.com Internet Purchases: Ticket holders who purchased tickets through Marlins.com via the Internet will receive an automatic refund through a credit issued to the credit card used for the original ticket purchase. The actual ticket will have no cash value AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. The ticket holder will also receive a refund of the per ticket convenience fee. Per order Processing/Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
