The Florida Marlins today announced their 2010 Spring Training schedule, including 16 home contests at Roger Dean Stadium and 19 games overall at Roger Dean Stadium.

The Baseball Writers' Association of America announced today that Florida Marlins left fielder Chris Coghlan was voted the 2009 National League winner of the Jackie Robinson Rookie of the Year Award.

The Florida Marlins today announced their Major League coaching staff for the 2010 season. Manager Fredi Gonzalez, bench coach Carlos Tosca, hitting coach Jim Presley and bullpen coordinator Pierre Arsenault are all returning; they will be joined by pitching coach Randy St. Claire, first base/outfield coach Dave Collins, third base/infield coach Josue Espada and bullpen coach Reid Cornelius. The announcement was made by Marlins President of Baseball Operations Larry Beinfest.

The Florida Marlins are back home and set to host the Philadelphia Phillies and the New York Mets in a six-game homestand (September 22 - September 27) at Land Shark Stadium.
